Mirror Tinted Contact Lenses
Reflections On You!
Mirror tinted contact lenses
are a child of the modern movie age. Special effects in films are
so prevalent, that it is sometimes difficult to tell fact from fiction.
Ok, when you see someone with zombie eyes in a movie, you know it's
not real - you do don't you? But with simple color changes in lenses,
in is not so easy to tell fact from fiction.
Mirror tinted contact lenses would normally
be considered purely cosmetic. They have some practical purposes
however, whilst not really medical, would still be considered beneficial
in certain circumstances.
Mirror Tinted Contact Lenses In Sport
Some people are particularly susceptible to
bright sunlight. Tinted contact lenses could be of great practical
benefit in conditions where normal sunglasses could not be used.
Some sports people for example, have problems wearing sunglasses,
in conditions where the glasses are subjected to sudden and sometimes
violent movement. If the sport involves a good deal of cardiovascular
activity, then sweat can be the enemy of sunglasses, and they will
tend to slip off the face.
Maybe to recreational sports participators,
this would not be too much of a problem, but to serious and professional
sports people, seconds spent being distracted by a pair of sunglasses
that appear to have developed a life of their own, could mean the
difference between winning and losing.
Reflections on the Dance Floor
But of course, most people would wear special
effects contact lenses for social reasons. A journey to the local
night club is often an exercise in oneupmanship, a game which can
easily be won by wearing special fx lenses. Wearing mirror tints
is certainly something that will have a striking effect on your
fellow party goers. The art of cool will never be cooler.
Or you could simply wear the lenses at home.
Just beware if you answer the door to children. You could expect
them to leave your door in a hurry.
Maybe that should be listed as a benefit ..............
