We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. FX Eyes does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.
We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. FX Eyes does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Customs & Regulations
Please make sure you can answer the phone when your delivery is on its way. Any delivery returned for the reason "do not answer phone" or incorrect address "or" incorrect phone number "will be returned to us and charged to us. if you want your order to be delivered to you again, please note you will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost.
Please note for some GCC countries destination charges duty and VAT can be requested upon delivery by the local post office. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
For sanitary & hygienic reasons, we do not take back or exchange products that involve a risk of contagion from one person to another, in order to preserve the health of our customers.
